amazing stay!

spacious storage helpful staff

I found a spacious bike storage area on the ground level, so convenient! the staff were helpful with storing my bike. They even helped me find the best route. the breakfast included had a nice selection of fruits and yogurt. lots of other yummy stuff.

the staff were so helpful and friendly. i had some trouble getting to the hotel and was a little stressed when i arrived. the staff did everything they could to help me (i really appreciate that!). the bed was comfortable, and the room was adequate for the money.

the room wasn't very well soundproofed, and it was sometimes annoying.

separated beds poor sleep

The staff was lovely and polite, I found them very cute.

I booked a beautiful double room, it was for a special occasion. Unfortunately, the bed was two single beds pushed together. These separated with any movement during the night, I did not sleep well because of this.

Solid Stay

city center spacious room friendly staff time saving

This location is very good to access Victoria Keys and the city center. The hotel now offers breakfast, a welcome addition after enjoying sheffield's nightlife. Rooms were spacious and clean. I found the staff friendly and helpful. I also pre-checked in to save some time.

I thought the upkeep of the hotel exterior could improve. It didn't give a very safe feeling around the area.

I appreciated the quick check-in process. The staff was always cute. They always greeted me in the hallways and double-checked that i was comfortable whenever i came by the front desk. One staff member helped me with my housekeeping mix up.
